Job Description

As an Emergency Management Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of emergency management policies and procedures within our organization, ensuring that we are prepared for any disaster or emergency situation.

Responsibilities

  • Foster partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance community resilience.
  • Track and analyse data related to emergency incidents to improve future responses.
  • Facilitate public forums and workshops to discuss emergency preparedness strategies.
  • Develop communication strategies to ensure information is disseminated effectively during crises.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in emergency management practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Emergency Management is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in emergency management or related fields
