Job Description

Join our team as an E-commerce Manager where you'll oversee our online sales strategy and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. You'll lead initiatives to enhance our digital presence, analyse market trends, and optimise product listings to drive sales growth. Your expertise in e-commerce analytics will guide our decisions, helping to create strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage promotional strategies and product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive trends.
  • Enhance the shopping experience through site enhancements and usability improvements.
  • Work closely with the social media team to leverage platforms for sales.
  • Monitor and respond to online customer feedback and reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market positioning.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in e-commerce.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
