Responsibilities
Lead projects focused on enhancing chemical manufacturing efficiency.
Analyse and troubleshoot production issues to minimise downtime.
Develop and execute project plans while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with external vendors for project support and materials.
Champion sustainability initiatives within the engineering team.
Ensure all laboratory work is done following protocols and best practices.
Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced engineers.
Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into existing processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
