Job Description

We are in search of a motivated Project Manager to oversee and lead multiple projects within our dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and budgets are met while fostering strong relationships within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Outline project scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders involved.
  • Formulate comprehensive project plans detailing necessary resources.
  • Guide and inspire project teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Track project progress against key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships to improve cooperation.
  • Guarantee that results meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Implement project risk management strategies effectively.
  • Compile and present project status reports to leadership.
  • Organise regular updates with project stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing project management practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management roles
