Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painting, Coating, and Decorating Worker to join our talented production team. This role is crucial as you will be responsible for creating stunning, custom decals that meet client specifications and industry standards. Ideal candidates should have experience in a production environment and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality decals while meeting production deadlines.
• Ensure all decals meet durability, colour accuracy, and overall appearance standards.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and production processes.
• Participate in regular maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime.
• Implement improvements in the production process for efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management for raw materials.
• Support the design team in preparing artwork files for production.

Requirements

Education

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Vinyl Application Techniques
• File Preparation for Printing
