Job Description

As a Finish Filer, you will be responsible for ensuring all surfaces of finished products are smooth and free from imperfections. You'll work with a variety of materials and finishing techniques, crucial for preparing products for their final coating.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on finished surfaces to meet specifications.
• Assist with training new team members in finishing techniques.
• Maintain a clean workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other production staff to streamline processes.
• Document details of work completed and maintain records.

Requirements

Education

• Further education in engineering or a related field is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience with various finishing techniques is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with different types of finishing materials
• Knowledge of quality control standards

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a supervisory role: Previous experience managing or training other staff.
• Knowledge of advanced finishing equipment: Hands-on experience with modern polishing and grinding machines.
