Job Description

Join our Quality Control team as a Movement Assembly Final Inspector, ensuring each movement assembly meets our rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate will inspect and verify the accuracy and functionality of watch movements, collaborating closely with assembly teams and striving for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate assembly processes to improve quality control practices.
  • Implement quality assurance protocols and methodologies.
  • Train and support new inspectors on quality standards and practices.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Monitor quality metrics and produce inspection reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles.
