Job Description

We are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst in Manchester to help us identify inefficiencies and implement solutions within our engineering processes. The role will involve data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management to enhance operational effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have a background in process engineering and experience in implementing change.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and document current process workflows to understand operational workflows.
  • Assist in the design and execution of process improvement projects.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and suggestions.
  • Measure process performance metrics to evaluate success.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process innovation.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations based on findings.
  • Remain up-to-date with tools and technologies in process improvement.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement or engineering roles
