Tray Casting Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tray Casting Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain tray casting machines to ensure the production of high-quality trays essential for our manufacturing processes. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety will be key.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain tray casting machines to meet production demands.
• Monitor and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality checks on finished trays to ensure compliance with standards.
• Work closely with quality control inspectors to resolve product quality issues.
• Train and mentor junior operators as required.
• Manage inventory of materials used in the casting process.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure all work is conducted in a safe environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in operating manufacturing machinery is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Languages

• English: Fluent
