We are seeking a skilled Hand Button Splitter to join our team in Birmingham. The Hand Button Splitter will be responsible for performing various tasks related to splitting buttons manually for further processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools to split buttons effectively.
• Monitor production efficiency and report discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in team-based problem-solving activities.
• Document production quantities and defect rates.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a related manufacturing role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Ability to work with small objects
• Proficiency in using hand tools
