Job Description

As a Grinding and Polishing Worker, you will be responsible for finishing barrels used in the production of spirits and wine. This role involves cleaning, sanding, and sealing barrels to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for use in production.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cleaning of barrels using appropriate machinery and tools.
  • Sand and polish barrels to achieve a perfect finish.
  • Seal barrels effectively to ensure they meet production requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections on finished products.
  • Keep the work environment tidy and free of hazards.
  • Identify any imperfections in barrels and communicate to supervisors.
  • Maintain tools and machinery in good working order.
  • Work alongside production team for efficient workflow.
  • Adhere to safety practices throughout all operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Experience in woodworking or a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years working in a similar environment.
