Process Innovation Manager

Job Description

We are searching for a Process Innovation Manager who can drive operational excellence and lean manufacturing techniques across our Sheffield facility. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies and have a successful track record in managing projects that elevate productivity while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
• Utilise Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production processes.
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance to ensure product consistency.
• Perform data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Regularly liaise with suppliers to align process improvements with their capabilities.
• Develop training programs for employees on new processes and technologies.
• Create a culture that embraces change and continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
