Job Description
Currently seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing telecommunications equipment, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain products, ensuring the highest standards of service.
Diagnose problems swiftly and accurately to provide effective solutions.
Interact with customers to determine their needs and how to best support them.
Install equipment and ensure it is fully operational before leaving the site.
Perform routine inspections to guarantee optimal equipment performance.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on service activities and findings.
Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance customer service delivery.
Adhere strictly to health and safety standards at all times.
Be available for emergency calls and off-hours service work as needed.
Advantageous
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems: Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems for enhanced equipment servicing.
Familiarity with SCADA systems: Experience working with SCADA systems for improved operational monitoring.
