Job Description

As the Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations within the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies while managing a dedicated team. Your expertise will drive improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance with health and safety regulations within the pharmacy.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
  • Develop training materials and continuing education programs for pharmacy staff.
  • Assess patient medication needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of practice.
  • Prepare reports for management on pharmacy performance and staff activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy management or operations
