Job Description

As a Cardiologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases using noninvasive methods. You will focus on assessing and monitoring heart function, conducting tests, interpreting results, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct noninvasive diagnostic tests including echocardiography and stress testing.
  • Develop and implement patient treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, providing expertise and consultation.
  • Educate patients on prevention strategies and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the cardiology department.
  • Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Actively engage in clinical teaching and mentoring medical staff.
  • Stay informed about the latest medical research and technology in cardiology.
  • Review and discuss patient cases during departmental meetings.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic goals of the cardiology department.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree (MBBS/MD)
  • Advanced training in Cardiology is a plus
Experience
  • At least 5 years in a cardiology role focused on noninvasive techniques.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in echocardiography and ECG interpretation
  • Familiarity with cardiac health software
