Job Description

As a Cardroom Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our cardroom, focusing on maintaining a high standard of customer service and compliance with gaming regulations. Your leadership will inspire a team committed to ensuring an exceptional gaming experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the cardroom, ensuring smooth gameplay.
  • Supervise cardroom staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to all gaming laws and regulations.
  • Assess and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback.
  • Organize recruitment and training for cardroom staff.
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment for both staff and patrons.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Gaming Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in cardroom or casino management.
