Job Description

As a Bowl Attendant, you'll be the face of our bowling facilities, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring cleanliness and safety for patrons. Your role will include assisting guests with shoe fitting, maintaining an orderly bowling area, and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers in selecting appropriate bowling equipment and apparel.
  • Ensure the bowling area is clean and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Monitor the bowling lanes to ensure safety and proper operation.
  • Maintain friendly interactions with all guests.
  • Handle cash and card payments and maintain transaction records.
  • Assist in cleaning and preparing the bowling area before and after use.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for emergency protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Basic math skills
Experience
  • Prior experience in leisure or hospitality settings is preferred.
