Job Description

We are on the lookout for Loan Interviewers and Clerks who are enthusiastic about helping our clients through the loan application process. This pivotal role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for assessing client applications, conducting interviews, and liaising with various departments to ensure a smooth process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and gather information from clients for loan processing.
  • Assess documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Update client records and maintain accurate file documentation.
  • Aid in resolving application issues and errors.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes.
  • Respond to customer queries and assist with client retention.
  • Participate in industry events to promote services and gather insights.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Training new staff in the application and client management process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or a loan processing role
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM software

Languages
  • English: Fluent
