Job Description

As a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, you will be pivotal in ensuring our production processes are efficient and our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will manage the operation and maintenance of cutting machinery, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of machine troubleshooting and repairs when necessary.
• Participate in production planning meetings to optimise output.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are kept in a clean and safe condition.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
• Assist in developing training materials for machine operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further education in manufacturing or engineering is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing role
