We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, ensuring efficient transportation and distribution processes while managing a team to achieve our targets.

Responsibilities

• Direct logistics operations to meet customer demand and enhance satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to ensure efficiency.
• Utilise various software tools to monitor and manage logistics activities.
• Prepare and present logistics reports to upper management.
• Ensure the safety and security of goods during transportation.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics management
