Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Tool Adjuster to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machinery maintenance and repair within the manufacturing sector. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust, and repair mould tools to meet production requirements.
  • Carry out regular maintenance and inspections on production machinery.
  • Communicate technical issues effectively to production and engineering teams.
  • Assist in training junior staff on machinery operation and safety practices.
  • Engage in root cause analysis for recurring machinery issues.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance activities for compliance.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and equipment performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an apprenticeship program in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tool Adjuster or similar role.

Advantageous
