Job Description

As a Process Engineer in Bristol, you will play a pivotal role in the design and improvement of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of process engineering principles and be passionate about driving efficiency and quality enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new manufacturing processes from conception through to implementation.
• Conduct simulations and analyse data to improve process performance.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure new products meet manufacturing capabilities.
• Evaluate potential risks in production processes and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that product quality meets industry and company standards.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers regarding process design and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering

• Certified Process Professional (CPP)
