Job Description

The Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Officer is pivotal in managing and maintaining our C4I infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security in all operations. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive knowledge of C4I systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative solutions to improve C4I system performance.
  • Lead projects for the implementation of new C4I technologies.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation of initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations related to C4I operations.
  • Deliver regular training sessions for staff on new C4I technologies.
  • Evaluate current systems and propose upgrades where necessary.
  • Assist in grant applications for funding of C4I projects.
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the C4I team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications in C4I technologies and systems are preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing C4I systems or similar roles
