Job Description

As a Field Agronomist at AgriTech Solutions, you will be pivotal in advancing sustainable agricultural practices. You will work closely with farmers to enhance crop production through soil management, crop rotation, and innovative techniques. Your expertise will guide our initiatives in sustainable farming.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and advise on crop rotations for sustainable agriculture.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for farmers on best practices.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials for agricultural stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on legislation and regulations affecting agriculture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local farming communities and organizations.
  • Utilize precision agriculture tools to optimize farming practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Crop Science or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in field agronomy or similar roles
