Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regulator Pin Inserter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inserting pins into regulators and be able to work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Performing pin insertion with high attention to detail.
• Conducting quality checks on assembled regulators.
• Keeping production logs accurate and up to date.
• Ensuring compliance with safety practices.
• Collaborating with supervisors to maintain efficiency.
• Identifying any production issues and suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring cleanliness in the work area.
• Supporting other team members with their tasks as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles within the manufacturing sector.

Technical Skills

• Good manual dexterity
• Basic understanding of electronic components

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Soldering experience: Experience with soldering techniques for electronics.
• Knowledge of ISO standards: Understanding of ISO quality standards relevant to manufacturing.
