Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician in Sheffield, where you will provide first-rate technical support to our staff. In this role, you'll handle hardware and software troubleshooting, assist with system updates, and ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for operating systems and applications.
  • Assist in maintaining network equipment and security software.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide assistance with data backup and recovery processes.

Requirements

Education
  • A degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Certifications such as ITIL or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a technical support role
