We are searching for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our Glasgow-based team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Responsibilities

• Resolve technical support tickets and ensure timely follow-up.
• Configure and install computer systems and networks.
• Monitor and respond to alerts on system performance.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and implement preventative measures.
• Work collaboratively with other IT team members to improve processes.
• Prepare reports on support activities and system performance.
• Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• IT-related certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support
