Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and possess a keen ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI research projects from concept to implementation.
  • Craft prototypes to demonstrate new methodologies and solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve existing AI models and frameworks.
  • Engage in cross-disciplinary collaborations to enhance research impact.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or relevant field
  • PhD is a plus

  • 2+ years in AI-related research or projects
