Responsibilities

• Strongly participate in brand meetings to align on creative vision.
• Oversee the fitting process and make adjustments as required.
• Stay ahead of the competition by evaluating similar product offerings.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment.
• Assist in the management of the design budget.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a fashion retail or design environment

Technical Skills

• Pattern Making

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in high-end fashion: Experience working with luxury brands and understanding their markets.
