Job Description

Join us as a Card Fixer and take charge of troubleshooting and repairing card processing devices. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in keeping our systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test card processing devices to ensure functionality.
  • Work with engineering teams to streamline repair processes.
  • Train staff on the use and maintenance of card processing devices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of repairs.
  • Engage in problem-solving sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on service levels and adherence to SLAs.
  • Participate in projects related to technological upgrades.
  • Provide feedback on processes that could be improved.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for repairs.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational training or technical degree is preferred
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in card processing device maintenance and support
