Responsibilities

• Evaluate and troubleshoot telecommunications systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Document detailed findings and suggest necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to integrate new telecom solutions.
• Regularly audit systems to foresee and prevent potential issues.
• Develop training materials for team members and end-users.
• Help maintain system security and implement best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in telecom systems analysis
