Job Description

We are seeking a talented Aerospace Engineer in Manchester to contribute to our cutting-edge projects in aircraft design and development. The successful candidate will engage in the design, modelling, and analysis of aerospace systems and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the performance and reliability of our innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept through to completion.
  • Utilise a range of engineering tools to enhance design processes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects.
  • Ensure design solutions are aligned with customer requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Review and approve engineering changes and modifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar discipline
  • PhD in Aerospace Engineering is an asset
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the aerospace sector

  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
