Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our Birmingham team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural design and analysis, with experience in managing projects from conception through to completion. You'll collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure design integrity and compliance with building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design using relevant software tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for integrated solutions.
• Develop and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Assist in developing budgets and managing project finances.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in complex structural projects

• Finite Element Analysis

Certifications

Languages
