Job Description

We are looking for a Wildlife Technician to join our team in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will work on various wildlife conservation projects, conduct field studies, and assist in the management of habitats.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute wildlife monitoring plans.
  • Assist in the development of habitat management strategies.
  • Perform maintenance on field equipment and facilities.
  • Train and mentor new staff and volunteers.
  • Prepare educational materials and presentations.
  • Conduct workshops to raise awareness about local wildlife conservation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Ecology, or Environmental Science
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in wildlife management
