We are looking for a Wildlife Technician to join our team in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will work on various wildlife conservation projects, conduct field studies, and assist in the management of habitats.
Responsibilities
Design and execute wildlife monitoring plans.
Assist in the development of habitat management strategies.
Perform maintenance on field equipment and facilities.
Train and mentor new staff and volunteers.
Prepare educational materials and presentations.
Conduct workshops to raise awareness about local wildlife conservation.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Ecology, or Environmental Science
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in wildlife management
