Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our Nottingham operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of logistics processes. This role requires the ability to optimise workflows while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse management, ensuring efficient operation.
  • Recruit, hire and train staff, addressing any performance issues promptly.
  • Utilize software for inventory and warehouse management, ensuring accurate data.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal storage conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including suppliers and transport teams.
  • Measure performance against key metrics and implement improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control of warehouse operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
