Job Description

We are seeking experienced Production Workers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate should possess a solid background in production processes and be capable of working both independently and collaboratively to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery and ensure it is functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues as they arise.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes within the department.
• Document production processes and maintain records.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 in Manufacturing or relevant field

Experience

• Experience in supervisory roles is an advantage

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Preventive Maintenance

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in lean manufacturing: Hands-on experience with lean practices to boost productivity.
• Knowledge of CAD tools: Familiarity with computer-aided design tools beneficial.
