Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Steel Box Toe Inserter to join our production team in London. The successful candidate will assemble steel box toes into safety shoes and boots, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed during assembly.
• Help train new employees on safety and assembly procedures.
• Support the Quality Assurance team in product checks.
• Report any defects or issues during the assembly process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing considered a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the footwear production sector

Technical Skills

• Physical stamina

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous assembly line experience: Experience in any assembly line role, specifically within footwear production.
