Job Description

As an Electronic Computer Subassembly Supervisor, you will lead the assembly team responsible for electronic components crucial for computer systems. Your role will involve overseeing production, ensuring quality standards, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the electronic computer subassembly team in efficient production.
  • Ensure products adhere to stringent quality standards and specifications.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Manage inventory levels and component availability.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the team.
  • Address and resolve any issues affecting production flow.
  • Document production metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Advanced qualifications in Electronics Manufacturing preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
