Looking for a proactive Small Appliance Assembly Supervisor to lead our assembly team. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production, train assembly line workers, and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assembly workers in meeting production targets.
• Continuously assess assembly line efficiency and propose improvements.
• Address any operational challenges promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees on assembly techniques.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools used in production.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in lean manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in the small appliance industry is a plus
