Job Description

As a Grinding and Polishing Worker, you will be responsible for sanding and finishing surfaces of our furniture products to achieve a high-quality finish. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operating different types of sanding machinery to achieve desired finishes.
• Monitoring the quality of the sanding and polishing process.
• Working with other craftsmen to achieve a collaborative workflow.
• Reporting any production issues or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Participating in regular safety training and meetings.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but experience is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in sanding or finishing preferred
