We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Newcastle. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies, and will be passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Connect with the development team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide documentation and suggestion for process improvements.
• Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks in the software.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies.
• Conduct exploratory testing to improve software quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing
