Job Description

The Plant Site Leader is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a manufacturing plant site. They will ensure efficient production of goods, adherence to safety regulations, and implementation of quality control measures.

Responsibilities

  • Direct production activities and ensure operational efficiencies.
  • Implement best practices in health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Analyze operational challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and equipment upgrades.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management.
