Seeking an innovative and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain initiatives. Focused on cost-effective procurement and timely delivery, you will manage relationships with suppliers and continuously improve our supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Drive initiatives to optimise inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Engage with internal teams to forecast demand and refine supply strategies.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the supply chain team.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor their performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with strong operational background

Technical Skills

• Logistics coordination and management
• Proficient in supply chain management software

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• French: Basic
