Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grinding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Grinding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining grinding machines to produce precision parts for our products. You will play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency in our production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up grinding machines according to production specifications.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to standards.
• Calibrate machines as necessary to maintain precision.
• Assist in the training of junior operators as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Higher qualifications in machining will be an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
