Zyglo Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Zyglo Inspector to join our team. The Zyglo Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through the inspection and testing of components and materials using Zyglo inspection techniques. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the Zyglo inspection process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular Zyglo inspections and document results.
• Assist in maintaining quality control standards and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other inspectors to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in audits and assessments of inspection processes.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of inspection techniques.
• Utilize statistical analysis software to support findings.
• Train and mentor junior staff on Zyglo inspection techniques.
• Ensure proper maintenance of inspection tools and equipment.
• Engage in regular safety training and compliance activities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in non-destructive testing (NDT) preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Zyglo inspections or similar NDT.
