Job Description

As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to drive improvements and maintain our commitment to quality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design quality assurance frameworks to improve product reliability.
  • Implement statistical analysis techniques to monitor quality performance metrics.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance overall product quality.
  • Utilise Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes.
  • Drive training sessions for staff on quality assurance best practices.
  • Manage quality assurance projects with a focus on timeliness and budget adherence.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality materials are used.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop corrective action plans following audits or inspections.
  • Report quality metrics to senior management and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Certification in Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
Experience
  • Experience in leading and implementing quality control programs
