We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Norwich. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient flow of materials. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to maintain high service levels and meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve supply chain issues promptly.
• Support the implementation of new technologies to improve supply chain processes.
• Assist in creating comprehensive reports for management review.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding supply chain management.
• Participate in quality control and compliance audits.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet operational needs.
• Facilitate training sessions for new team members on supply chain procedures.
• Actively contribute to problem-solving challenges within supply operations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supply chain coordinator role
