Job Description

As a Phonograph Cartridge Assembler, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality phonograph cartridges. This role involves both assembly and inspection processes, ensuring efficient production that meets our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct final inspections of assembled products before packaging.
  • Calibrate and adjust machinery as needed to optimise production.
  • Maintain a well-organised work area to uphold safety and efficiency.
  • Engage in training and development activities as necessary.
  • Report any issues or defects to the Production Supervisor promptly.

Advantageous

  • Prior experience in electronics assembly: Hands-on experience with electronic components and assembly processes.
  • Knowledge of phonograph cartridge technology: Familiarity with the technology and function of phonograph cartridges.
  • Experience with quality control processes: Understanding of quality assurance methodologies in manufacturing.
