Job Description

As a Tawer, you will be at the heart of our production process, manipulating and processing leather to achieve high standards of quality. Your expertise will ensure that our tawed leather products meet the expectations of our esteemed customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute the tawing process, ensuring leather quality meets company standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of tawing machinery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve any production anomalies.
• Document and report on tawing process improvements and efficiencies.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Leather Technology is a plus

Experience

• Experience in leather processing and tawing

Technical Skills

• Leather quality assessment
• Maintenance of machinery

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
