Job Description

Join our team as a Fiberglass Technician, where you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks related to fiberglass manufacturing, repair, and maintenance. This role involves working with an array of tools and materials to create high-quality fiberglass products while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute fiberglass lamination and assembly operations with accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks during each step of the fabrication process.
• Assist in the training of new team members on fiberglass techniques.
• Document production activities and any issues encountered.
• Help innovate and improve current manufacturing processes.
• Work on CNC machines for precise fiberglass cutting.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in manufacturing processes is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in marine or automotive fiberglass applications is a plus

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation
• Resin mixing and application

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Time management

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with composite materials: Experience in working with various composite materials alongside fiberglass.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications: A keen ability to understand manufacturing documentation.
